Is there anything in this world that stays still and lacks the ability of movement?

Movement, even at a molecular level, to me  is an indication of life, and death is just the transition to a different  life. Even our body after death will keep on moving towards different places giving life to other organisms. In this same way, a fallen tree comes back as a medium to represent my ideas completing the circle of life.

Creating, drawing, building and taking things apart have been the passion of my life. The love for wood was born when as a kid I used to visit my cousin's shop  with the hope of being able to help cutting or sanding something.  The smell of pine and varnish and the images of his beautiful creations are stuck  in my mind until present days. The inspiration for my work comes from daily experience as well as from childhood  memories.
